1. Services

Dunn Wright's Exteriors provides residential exterior services including siding, roofing, doors, and windows. All services are subject to written estimates and contracts.

2. Estimates and Contracts

Estimates are non-binding unless stated otherwise in writing.
Final pricing may change due to unforeseen conditions, material availability, or scope changes with customer approval.

3. Payments

Payment terms are outlined in your contract. Late payments may result in fees or suspension of work.

4. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used. Any workmanship warranty will be provided in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. Dunn Wright's Exteriors is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Project Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, permitting issues, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Dunn Wright's Exteriors operates.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

1. Scheduling

Appointments for estimates, consultations, or service visits must be scheduled in advance and may be provided in time windows rather than exact times.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Property Access

Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.

4. Weather Conditions

Exterior work is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled for safety or quality reasons.

Payment & Financing Policy

Accepted payment methods, deposits, and payment schedules are outlined in your contract. Financing options, if offered, are subject to approval by third-party providers.

Warranty & Workmanship Policy

All workmanship warranties are provided in writing. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by storms, hail, wind, flooding, fire, misuse, or lack of maintenance.

Property Protection & Damage Policy

Dunn Wright's Exteriors takes reasonable precautions to protect landscaping and property. However, exterior construction involves inherent risks. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, unmarked underground utilities, or normal construction debris.

Photo & Marketing Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing, you grant Dunn Wright's Exteriors permission to photograph completed work and use images for marketing, advertising, and portfolio purposes without revealing personal identifying information.
